The Russian desk, honestly
We’re a small duty desk, not a call centre. Your own-team requests are handled by our Russian-speaking coordinators; anything on the ground — drivers, boats, villas, chefs — goes to partners we’ve worked with and vetted. We tell you which is which, every time.
Third-party costs are passed at cost; our fee is the retainer or per-arrangement line, shown separately.
We quote a real response window, not a green “available now” light we can’t back.
